Not too many people know the San Fernando Valley better than myself. I was born at Northridge Hospital and raised in Reseda. I graduated high school from New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM. No, I never saw any aliens. I completed college classes at NMMI, Pierce Jr. College and Mission College.

I began a sales career/business before 10 years old, by washing cars and mowing lawns. At 11 years old I was not taking no for an answer when selling bagged mistletoe in front of the brand new Northridge Fashion Center.

Beginning at age 5, I was a child actor in over 35 television commercials, 4 television series and 3 feature films.  Stars such as Jodi Foster, Richard Chamberlain, Dianne Carol, Art Linkletter, George C. Scott & Ron Howard can brag and say they worked with me. I was a “has been”by age 14. I am still a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

I sold security systems for eight years at the same time running a mobile DJ business. While still DJing, I partnered with a friend and bought a catalog beauty supply business.  I turned the business over to my partner after eight years.  I returned back to security systems for two years, then to the career I always wanted to be involved in; real estate.  I have been with DELPHI Business Properties, Inc. for over 20 years.

I enjoy my occupation and succeed in it.

I am married with a beautiful wife and 3 lovely incredible daughters!
